Kiryu's first instinct was to apologize for his inconsiderate surprise visit sprung on this establishment and in particular this man. He should have realized that they wouldn't be prepared for such a visit, especially during business hours. Now that Kiryu thought about it, they seemed kinda busy at the moment. He couldn't very well take up the time of this man when he had a business to run. That was selfish of him.

He was caught in the whirlwind though, lost at sea for all the sweetened business talk assaulting him. He never did really get the hang of all that. Distracted, he politely took the card from M's--Majima's--hands and gave it a cursory look. Then casually answered the question before he realized what he was doing and what he should have said first instead.

"...I wasn't planning on staying more than the day. I have to get back--" He stopped suddenly and looked up. "I apologize for the inconvenience, Majima-san. I would love to enjoy what the Sunshine has to offer as simply a regular guest. I did not mean to spring this on you."

Perhaps that was better. No sense in not being honest. He really hadn't meant to make such a blunder of all this. He hoped the other man forgave him for the trouble.
